There is a 2 hour minimum on all jobs. After 2 hours, rates are charged in half hour increments
Extra fuel charges apply when travelling outside the M25 and these will be provided for in your quotation
There is a minimum charge of £35 for goods going to the tip
Extra payment of £8 required if travelling through the congestion charge
Parking must be arranged and is the responsibility of the customer. Any parking fines must be paid by the customer to the Driver on completion of the job
Jobs running over the estimated completion time will be charged at half hour increments
Changes in item numbers - you may incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were included in your quote. A few boxes would not be a problem, however if you have under-estimated your items by more than this the driver will add on an extra charge
Changes to access - you will incur extra charges if you have not informed us of awkward access such as no vehicular access, no parking facility, awkward staircases, etc.
Unforeseen circumstances - we reserve the right to add extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances such as waiting for keys, gaining access, incorrect address, etc).
Payments must be made in cash or by cheque at completion of the job
Job arrival times are estimated. Although we do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause delays of which we will keep you informed
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property after job is complete and payment is received
